we're hoping to land various other modernizations, improve the test coverage, and keep up a better release schedule from here on out!

Wie Ihr mit der Kritik an der Oumuamua-Folge umgeht, finde ich genau richtig und zutreffend.
Ich hatte übrigens rein zufällig kurz zuvor Clarkes "Rendevouz mit Rama" nochmal gelesen gehabt, und war daher wider besseren Wissens während des Hörens ständig versucht zu denken, "Und wenn Oumuamua nun doch…?" . 👽 2/2
@RufusJCooter@msbellows@pluralistic You're absolutely right about the govt officials, since I recall some officials are outside the scope of the law. Famously, members of Congress. I didn't list too many exceptions because they didn't really apply to Hunterbrook Media.
As for contractors providing services, that's new to me but certainly very reasonable. I suppose it shows how much (or how little) applicability exists in some of the fairly basic laws.

@randomized@AnarchoNinaAnalyzes I know! My area has a shortage of ORL doctors and the earliest appointment I could take for my son is in March 2025!
For a dermatologist it's a 3-4 months delay here, which is still ok imho.
For urgent appointments I avoid the ER as much as possible. Unless it's really serious, it's SOS médecins, SOS mains and all the small clinics providing a 24/7 service.
Of course I can only do this because I live in a city, I can't imagine the nightmare in the countryside!
