No dental on NHS in UK, not practically at least, a tiny number of dentists still prepared to do limited dental under NHS fixed prices. My dentist isn't one of them.
The UK likes to follow the US, thank goodness our Tories aren't overlapping with Trump otherwise heaven help us.
But as the guardian article mentions, in the last 50 years toothpaste with fluoride has become ubiquitous and the tooth preserving effect of fluoridation has decreased
