Unfortunately, the most competent lawyers and judges cannot flat out stop a rogue President from using military force against American civilians. And the difficulty is compounded by having a suspect U.S. Supreme Court prepared to decree by fiat rather than law that this rogue President may do whatever he pleases. That said, every lawyer and judge that tries to use the law to stop Trump has my respect.

If it comes to violence, what is the end goal of the Trump regime?
They already control all branches of government, what do they want? 😞
Would it be an attempt at a "self-coup" where they want to change the nature of that government?

as much as the current administration keeps trying to stretch and break the laws, every lawsuit must be dealt with and they've been backed down enough to make it worthwhile to keep up the fight. they may have thugs but we have those legal folks still fighting for the rest of us.
