Whoooooops! Did Trump advisor Stephen Miller accidentally reveal his hand on live tv?
Asked whether Trump will abide by a judge's ruling not to use the national guard, Miller accidentally says Trump has "plenary authority" — that means "absolute power".
As every legal expert has said, Trump does not have absolute power, but Miller says it and then freezes — likely because this is the lie they have been telling Trump to get him to do what they want, but this lie was NOT meant for the press.
Classic adrenaline/trauma response: fight, flight, FREEZE, or fawn.
As in, "maybe if I stay still long enough, the danger will forget about me and go away."

@randahl Well,I suspect this was made on purpose, the more you repeat a lie the more it becomes truth for most people. Look how religions work.
@randahl CNN is toting the water for the White House by saying there was a technical issue with his ear piece and Miller couldn't hear the host. That might be believable if the host was asking a question but Miller was mid-sentence in a high speed rant and stop talking cold.
