I was diagnosed with #MS several years ago. People I share the diagnosis with most often respond with painful, long faces and sad words. I get that - people automatically see it as bad news - but for me this is a gift.

It gives me a through-line for all of the things - both mental and physical - I had been struggling with for some time. It is a path to follow to understanding what is going on and a collection of time-tested ways to deal with it.
