Accessibility: Essential for some, useful for all.

The W3C Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) develops strategies, standards, and supporting resources to make the web accessible to people with disabilities.

In addition to international standards, we provide free online resources to help you understand and implement accessibility.

You can use W3C WAI resources to make your websites, apps, and other digital content and technology products more accessible and usable to everyone.

World Wide Web Consortium

World Wide Web Consortium

@w3c@w3c.social

The World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) was established in 1994 by Web inventor Tim Berners-Lee, to develop interoperable standards to lead the Web to its full potential.

We are an international multi-stakeholder community where member organizations, a full-time staff, and the public work together to build a Web based on the principles of accessibility, internationalization, privacy and security.

Please be more curious than critical. Your interactions go to real people who care and do their best 🙏
