@RufusJCooter@msbellows@pluralistic You're absolutely right about the govt officials, since I recall some officials are outside the scope of the law. Famously, members of Congress. I didn't list too many exceptions because they didn't really apply to Hunterbrook Media.
As for contractors providing services, that's new to me but certainly very reasonable. I suppose it shows how much (or how little) applicability exists in some of the fairly basic laws.
