A joint in our Grohe thermostatic shower water mixer failed. The #plumber (who I like) said those aren't standard joints and without a precise model number no chance to replace them, everything needs renewal. It annoys me because it's likely only a joint. Does anyone have experience with this? Where can I find that model number?
