The statement added: “We affirm that more than 900,000 Palestinians remain steadfast in Gaza City and its northern areas, firmly rejecting displacement to the south despite the brutality of the bombing and the genocide perpetrated by the Israeli occupation. This is part of an ongoing crime of permanent forced transfer that flagrantly violates all international laws and conventions.”
