Yes! Anarchism does not mean chaos. It means no one is forced to accept something. It means you are free to walk away from abusive relationships (either business or professional) without becoming homeless or starving or losing healthcare. It means there is nothing stopping you from feeding the hungry, clothing the naked, or housing the homeless.
In an anarchist society, someone cannot own a house they don't live in, keeping it off the market while people are living in the streets.
If you cannot walk away without fear, you are not free.
