- Follow this group from mastodon, so you'll be able to read whatever someone posts here
- Join (I can see you did -probably just by following) the group and post messages here in the same way you did (probably replying to this group's handle? -not sure how the experience from mastodon is) so all members can read them
- Interact with any post created by members, just like anything else on the fedi
