@saturno @devTLB@mastodon.social ​Indeed, there should be some package that supports the analysis. I wonder how aerosol images look like. For example, in many cases my images are microbeads (~10 µm in diameter, spherical) on a planar surface or single/multi-layered cells having DNA damage (double-strand breaks) as in the image. The later require some preprocessing like Maximum‑Intensity Projection (MIP) of a Z‑Stack. Thus, it is not trivial to analyze but doable. But aerosol sound tricky to me.
